It does not matter what program anybody downloads, as sometime they will need support. This is where TurboCash is not free. We do provide free support please see below(Conditions apply)
Free support.
When you register with us we will give you 5 free support requests. These requests will be one topic per support request only.Our main aim with this free support is to help you get the initial installation done.These free support requests relates to installation and setup only. Paid support Contracts
1. 1 month 400 ZAR
2. 6 months 1200 ZAR (200 ZAR per month)
3. 12 months 1500 ZAR(125 ZAR per month)
All Our support will be email based only. If you need a paid support contract email our support department.
Training
We normally have 2 training sessions a month.
If you need our training schedule please email our training department. They will send you a enrolment form.
Training Cost : R700.00 per delegate.
Consultation can be provided R250.00 per hour should you need it.
Training and Consultation is only available for the East Rand, Gauteng, South Africa.
